Yea well I did get helio service and got a couple of phones.  I got the ocean great phone.  I also got the Fin... very nice flip phone.  Customer service has been great for me, never more than 5 minutes on the phone.  Don't always get a good knowledgeable answer from them either.

I got the fin for my Dad, and the owner manual says it supports up to a 4 gig sd card.   We buy one and it does not read it.  We call support and after a couple of times on hold their answer is well we don't guarantee that it will read a 4 gig.  I asked it says it does support it.  They tell me that some do and some don't so how do you take that.  I have a second one coming in today so will see if that one reads the 4 gig card.

I guess the part that really gets me is that the fin is supposed to support it, but yet the ocean only supports up to a 2 gig card.
