I have had two helio phones. The cell phones itself are good. but if you contact to the customer service, you will be pissed off. their customer service and plan are the worst ever. They charged my phone twices. I argued them with this for a couple of day and a couple of people. They did not fix it. If anyone consider to buy helio, I recommend to buy other carrier. They have better service and plan.
