When I enable blue tooth my phone will go into sleep mode. It becomes completely unresponsive. I get the usual blinking lights but the screen remains black and I cannot make or receive calls. To reactivate my phone I have to remove and replace the battery. Qwest tells me I am the only person in the world that has this problem. They replaced the phone for me and I have tried 2 brands of bluetooth devices with the same result. Has anyone else had this experience? Does anyone have a fix?
