I don't think developers are going to ignore Palm devices especially when they are running windows apps.
Remember there has been how many millions of treo sold over the past couple of years?
When you factor in how passionate the average Treo user is about their device and the fact the phone is still competitive I don't see new third party apps going away anytime soon.
*Plus the iPhone is not capabable of third party apps!
