Analog phones are obsolete. If you mean without using the digital aspect of the phone, you will need to get a device with WIFI and a 400 mhz processor (Recommended by companies such as Skype) I would suggest a Windows Mobile device with WIFI 802.11 b/g. The faster the processor the better when it comes to skype features, you could also just buy a skype/vonage phone if you won't be using the regular GSM or CDMA cell services.
